Sainik School Ghorakhal organised a Parent-Teacher Meeting on Aug 08,2026 with the objective of strengthening coordination among the school, parents and teachers and fostering the holistic development of the cadets.
During the meeting, parents were briefed on various developmental initiatives and infrastructural projects being undertaken by the school. Keeping the safety, security and well-being of the cadets at the forefront, awareness sessions on Cyber Safety and the POCSO Act were also conducted. The sessions sensitised parents to the importance of online safety, responsible digital behaviour, cyber hygiene and the rights and protection of children.
An interactive Question-and-Answer Session was also organised, providing parents an opportunity to raise their concerns and seek clarification on matters related to the development, education and well-being of their wards. Principal Group Captain Madhu Sengar addressed the queries and provided detailed guidance and responses.
The parents appreciated the initiatives undertaken by the school and shared valuable suggestions for further improvement. The Principal expressed her gratitude for their active participation and constructive feedback, emphasising that a strong partnership between the school and parents is essential for the comprehensive development, safety and well-being of the cadets.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, reinforcing the shared commitment of the school and parents towards nurturing responsible, confident and capable cadets and securing a bright and successful future for every cadet.
