Sainik School Ghorakhal celebrated the 77th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit on 26 January. The Principal, Gp Capt Madhu Sengar unfurled the National Flag.
Addressing the cadets, Gp Capt Madhu Sengar emphasized that duties must always come before rights, reminding cadets that responsible citizenship is built on discipline, commitment and service to the nation. She highlighted the importance of self-discipline, integrity and unwavering dedication in shaping future leaders of the armed forces.
The Principal also infused the cadets with high josh (zeal and motivation), urging them to uphold the values of the Constitution. She emphasized the importance of not only understanding these values but also actively applying them in their daily lives. The cadets were encouraged to strive for excellence in all spheres of life; be it their academic pursuits, physical training or personal development. By fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among the cadets, the Principal aimed to instill a collective spirit that would inspire them to support one another in their quest for greatness, thereby reinforcing the notion that true success is often achieved through collaboration and shared goals.
